Here's how it works:

  1. We monitor prices daily on a wide range of products.
  2. If you find the same product at a lower price from one of our listed competitors, we'll match it within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Simply contact us in store or online to see if the price match is eligible and we'll refund the difference.

How do I report a match:

Before you buy, speak to one of our store staff or Online Customer Service team with proof (such as a website link). If we can verify it-we'll match it!

After you've purchased, you can speak to our store staff or submit a Contact Us form here by providing the following:

  • Product name, code or colour
  • Price your paid
  • Purchase location (store or online)
  • Purchase date
  • Proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Lower price you have found
  • Link/Proof of lower-price item from our selected retailer list
  • Your contact details (Name, Phone Number, Email)

We'll review your request and aim to respond within 48 hours.

If you are eligible, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

  • The claim must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be directly sold by one of approved retailers (see full list above), not a third-party or marketplace seller.
  • The product must be identical (same model, size, specification and colour)
  • The lower priced item must be in stock and ready for delivery.

Exclusions apply, including:

  • Bundle offers, free items, limited quantities, clearance items, reduction via a promo code, exclusive/trade/member prices or an obvious error price.
