With the FlexAssist markings you can identify at a glance which elements can be repositioned in order to adjust the basket to your needs. Small symbols, such as a cup or a wine glass on the coloured elements point out how the area can be used. At the same time, the FlexAssist markings serve as handle elements. This allows optimum basket versatility with the flick of a wrist.
Miele dishwashers offer space for up to 14 standard place settings. Our baskets ensure that Milele comply with the relevant standards while also fulfilling your wishes and needs – all your items will be perfectly positioned and are thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Simply convenient: the original Miele cutlery tray ensures that your cutlery is cleaned gently and thoroughly. You also have the option of using the cutlery basket. The height-adjustable upper basket and the MultiComfort insert in the lower basket enable you to flexibly load crockery of all sizes so that everything is in the right place.
Hygienically clean: all Miele dishwashers reliably remove over 99.9 % of viruses[1].
WPS features a second solenoid valve directly at the stopcock. In the event that the first valve is defective, the second one closes the inlet. The sheathed water inlet hose also ensures the highest level of safety: in the event of damage to the inner hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the floor tray.
Miele dishwashers rely solely on fresh water and can wash crockery with as little as 6 litres of water in the Automatic programme – much less than the contents of a sink. With this feature, Miele has reduced water consumption by 85 % over the last 30 years. Electricity consumption has also been reduced to new all-time lows: in the ECO programme, Miele dishwashers achieve energy consumption values of just 0.54 kWh.
In the ECO programme, water consumption is reduced to 8.4 litres. This also means that less energy is required to heat the water, and you benefit from an energy-efficient dishwasher. The water savings are achieved through the intelligent design of the supply system and a new, highly efficient filter system. Additional insulation reduces thermal losses and thus the amount of energy required to heat the water.
All Miele dishwashers can be connected to hot water at temperatures of up to 60 °C. This reduces electricity consumption by up to 35 % and programme running times by up to 10 %. In the ECO programme, the energy consumption of the dishwasher is reduced to as little as 0.29 kWh.
You can use your dishwasher with a clear conscience even when it's not full: in almost all standard programmes, your dishwasher measures how many dishes are inside the chamber and precisely adapts the water consumption accordingly. With automatic load sensing, there is no longer any need to wait until the dishwasher is fully loaded.
Brilliant GlassCare washes glasses gently. The Gentle programme cleans at just 45 °C. The FlexCare glass holder with silicone padding [3] holds wine glasses gently but securely. Patented AutoOpen drying opens the dishwasher door automatically at the end of a programme cycle. Glasses are dry, they do not have to be polished manually – and our perfectly matched cleaning products with glass protection formula provide the best possible care.
For crockery which is not sensitive to heat: For example mixed, everyday crockery with normal food deposits.
