Whether you are looking to maximise drying capacity or save valuable floor space, this adaptable system is the perfect solution for busy Irish workshops and industrial environments.
Each trolley features 15 spacious drying layers, providing ample room for painted items of all shapes and sizes. The extra-long 55cm bars and 85mm gap between each layer ensure optimal air circulation, promoting fast, even drying and preventing items from touching. With a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame, these trolleys are built to withstand the rigours of daily use, supporting up to 25kg per layer—ideal for heavy or bulky items. The sleek blue finish not only looks professional but also resists wear and tear, keeping your workspace looking sharp.
What sets this bundle apart is its exceptional versatility. With over 100 possible orientations and 33 width combinations, you can use the racks individually, connect them for extended drying space, or create a compact setup using the included connectors. The 2-way connectors are easy to fit, thanks to the included hand bolts, allowing you to adjust the width of your racks horizontally or vertically without the need for tools. Each drying bar is fitted with a removable plastic sleeve, making cleaning and maintenance a breeze for long-lasting performance.
Manoeuvrability is effortless with four 360-degree rotating castor wheels on each trolley, so you can easily reposition your racks as your workflow demands.
