Some issues can be solved at the push of a button - which is why Neff introduced dishwashers with Remote Diagnostics. Via remote diagnosis, NEFF customer service, with your permission, remotely accesses your appliance to identify the issue. If it can be solved at the push of a button, consider it done. If not, one of Neff technicians will pay you a visit.
