FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso, or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.
The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high, and even the best steak will cook too quickly and scorch. With PerfectFry Plus, scorching is a thing of the past. The PerfectFry Plus sensor displays and continuously monitors your pans temperature to prevent scorching. Select from 11 predefined temperatures to suit your dish, ranging from 70 to 220°C, for perfect results every time.
Making it simple to adjust cooking zones, even when moving your cookware. Your hob detects the position and size of the pot or pan, and automatically resizes the cookzone accordingly. If you move your cookware to another position on your hob, the cookzone settings are automatically transfered to the new postion, with just a quick confirmation.
Now all you need to focus on is cooking your favourite dish. Your matching hood is automatically controlled by your hob and a connected Home Connect account. This is all thanks to an algorithm that adjusts the power of your hood, based on your hob settings. Your kitchen stays free of odours and vapour, and the hood stays free from finger prints. Simply call the Home Connect hotline and make an appointment for a remote diagnosis of your connected appliance via the Internet. With your permission, the Bosch customer service team can then remotely screen your appliance, locate the problem area and give you the clear advice you need. In the event that the problem can not be solved this way, a Bosch service technician can be informed and come to your home to resolve all the issues, equipped with all the necessary parts already in hand.

The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the pot and automatically displays the corresponding cooking zone on the control interface. You can get started straight away and select the desired cooking level for your pot without delay.
Have you ever unintendedly switched off your hob and all settings were gone? With Restart the cooktop saves your previous settings and restores them in case you switch your cooktop on again within four seconds.
